At the Cxmmunity Foundation, I serve as a Facilitator Partner at the Teen Tech Center, where I work with teens ages 12 to 18 to explore career opportunities in esports and game development. I help them organize tournaments, lead workshops, and develop skills in areas like shoutcasting, content creation, and event management. My goal is to empower students to take the lead, collaborate with each other, and build confidence while learning about the esports industry in a fun, hands-on way. |
